The prices are as individual as your event!
The prices for your event in Mallorca naturally depend on your ideas and the number of guests. To give you a rough overview, we have put together some information for you here. We would be happy to make you an individual offer.
Prices for your wedding or birthday party in Mallorca
The price overview is based on average values to give you a first impression. If you have special requests, this can change the price recommendation accordingly. After a personal consultation, we will be happy to create an individual offer for our service as a wedding planner. We usually work with flat rates for our service as an event planner, regardless of the total expenditure. Our goal is to offer you the best price-performance ratio for each trade and to advise you on which services harmonize best for a successful event. All prices are shown as net prices.
Catering
Depending on requirements, the prices including service and table ware are between €70 - €180 per person including drinks. One hour champagne reception 3 course menu. Individual offers can be made.

Bridal bouquet
The bridal bouquet costs around €80, depending on requirements. The groom's boutonniere costs €10. Approx.

Music/ Singers
Musical accompaniment during the wedding ceremony and also during dinner. We offer various options. Piano, violin, guitar, singer, band, etc.

Capture these wonderful moments with a professional photographer. If you wish, a website with your pictures can be created.

Agency service fee
We take care of the planning and coordination for you. We usually agree a flat rate with you at the start of the planning process, which is based on the services you require and the scope of your event. We will of course be on site on the day of the event. We will prepare an individual offer for you.

We warmly invite you to a complimentary initial consultation (up to 30 minutes), where we can get to know each other and assess whether the framework conditions and chemistry align for a successful collaboration.
For the creation of a customized proposal, including an initial cost estimate and a rough event outline, we charge a flat fee of €90. This also applies to scheduled location visits, covering our travel time and expenses.
If your request involves a multi-day program or a location visit requiring more than 30 minutes of travel time from Palma, the fee is €140.
The consultation fee can, of course, be credited toward your final booking.
Good to know:
If 30 minutes are not sufficient, this fee also includes a more in-depth consultation of up to one hour, if needed.
